Dr Wee is one of the first few orthodontists on the roll of dental specialists in Singapore to have been exit certified by examination. In his specialty of orthodontics, Dr Wee had spent time treating patients at the Department of Orthodontics at the National Dental Centre of Singapore (NDCS) since his residency days, until his appointments as an Associate Consultant and Head of Clinical Imaging at the Centre. Dr Wee was also part of the senior management team running NDCS. Simultaneously, he was appointed as a Visiting Consultant to Changi General Hospital. He had also been actively involved in the Pioneer Fellows Programme, a teaching fellowship run by SingHealth and Duke-NUS, and is currently spearheading the development of medical education at NDCS. Aside from his specialty, Dr Wee is also one of the first few dental surgeons in Singapore to be accredited by the Singapore Dental Council, and to have received training from the National Skin Centre, in the aesthetic facial procedures of botulinum toxin and dermal filler administration.
Having spent approximately 10 years in full-time public service at NDCS, Dr Wee is currently Clinical Director of Symmetry Dentofacial Aesthetics, a private specialist clinic at Farrer Park Medical Centre, in the private medical complex of Connexion. He is also a visiting orthodontist with NDCS, a teaching fellow with Duke-NUS, a visiting consultant with Changi General Hospital, and a clinical lecturer with the National University of Singapore, being involved in teaching postgraduate residents the specialty of orthodontics. Dr Wee is also a registered specialist with the Singapore Dental Council, and the Academy of Medicine.
Dr Shermin Lee is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS). She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in the University of Adelaide, Australia in 2001 and graduated with distinction in Master of Dental Surgery (OMS) in the University of Hong Kong, 2006. She later obtained a PhD from the Radboud University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands in 2009. She worked at the National Dental Centre since graduating and as a consultant from 2010 to 2014, contributing to teaching and research. She was also the associate editor for the Proceedings of Singapore Healthcare involving with research and publications and was also appointed as a Clinical Lecturer for the National University of Singapore during this period. She is an existing fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore, a member of the Singapore Dental Association and the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She contributed to presidency for the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Singapore from 2009-2010. Her special interests are in dentoalveolar surgery and in dental implants. She loves her work and interacting with patients. Her hobbies are in photography and in appreciating nature and landscapes.

Farrer Park Medical Centre @Connexion is located along the main arterial road of Race Course Road, and has direct access to Farrer Park MRT station (NE8) within the complex. Our complex is also proximally located near KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, as well as medical institutions located at the Novena Medical Hub (i.e. Tan Tock Seng Hospital, National Skin Centre, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital).
